If you are not using a CRM in your real estate business you are leaving money on the table. As a former Realtor, I will never forget the first time that not following up really cost me. I was still fairly new in the business. I was out showing property and had clients with me in the car. I went around the corner and there it was, a house that I had sold and closed 6 months earlier and there was a sign in the yard. The problem was that it wasn’t mine. I just assumed people would call you when they needed your services. The truth is that you will soon be forgotten just after the sale is complete. It is important to stay in touch with people on a consistent basis.
