We recognize that getting a website is one thing, but what about after your launch date? What do you do next? What happens if you have a problem with a page or post or image or something else when you are editing your site? What happens if your site goes down? With other WordPress design/hosting companies you are typically on your own, or you are paying an expensive fee and hoping to get things fixed right away.
Not with us.
With our monthly service you get minor support built in. When you submit a support ticket, our support folks will assess whether we can do your request within your allotted time (15 minutes). If we have to go over 15 minutes we will notify you first before we proceed to let you know our time estimate and to have you approve things before we proceed. We will charge you at the time the service is rendered. We bill $100/hour billed in 15 minute increments.
We also recognize that most IDX companies are not website hosting/design companies and most website design/hosting companies are not IDX companies.
We are both.
We think that if you are going to have a website with an IDX it should come from the same company – that way you can be assured that they work together and they are best optimized to get you found in the search engines.
When you compare our pricing with our competitors – make sure you add up all that you get with us under one roof and what you have to do with several companies to get the same suite of services.
Our monthly maintenance package includes:
Continuous 24/7 IDX access updated every 10 minutes – Get the latest MLS listings in your niche marketing areas on your site before most others get them on theirs.
Hosting – We host just about all of our IDX client websites – we can ensure the highest quality and performance. Not all hosting environments are created equal. Some companies are great at domain services while others are great at hosting services. We only work with the best hosting environments. If you need extra capacity we can put you on one of our dedicated servers. You call us when your site has an issue – we’ll fix it asap. If you need us to refer you to one of our favorite domain registrars just ask us for a referral.
Training – There’s nothing worse than having your dancing shoes on with a dance to go to but not know how to dance. We have training videos, webinars, local classes (in AZ only), customer support, and email to keep you in the loop on how to manage your site yourself.
Customer support/consultation – 15 minutes of customer support per month is included. We’ll either walk you through an issue, or we’ll fix it for you. If you need more help than 15 minutes per month then we have additional support packages that start at 2 hours and go up from there. Need extra help – learn more about our support packages.
