Featured Listings Query Cheat Sheet
With our current IDX Plugin, it is possible to make advanced searches that will populate the featured listings area of your home page. In this way, homes that fit the criteria will automatically display and you can “set it and forget it”. We help put this featured listing search together for you when we build your site and we can help you update it via request sent to support@ifoundagent.com.
However, you’re welcome to make these changes yourself. We don’t currently have a refined user interface for this section so to build the search we offer a featured listing query builder and a cheat sheet as shown below.
Featured Listings Query Types & Examples:
- Single Member ID(Agent Number). Example: listing_member_shortid=12345
- Multiple Member IDs(Agent Numbers). Example: listing_member_shortid[]=12345&listing_member_shortid[]=12345&listing_member_shortid[]=12345
- Single Office ID. Example: office_id=12345
- Multiple Office IDs. Example: office_id[]=12345&office_id[]=12345&office_id[]=12345
- Single Listing by MLS ID. Example: mls_id=12345
- Multiple Listings by MLS IDs. Example: mls_id[]=12345&mls_id[]=678910&mls_id[]=111213
- Single City. Example: city=Scottsdale
- Multiple Cities. Example: city[]=Scottsdale&city[]=Phoenix&city[]=Mesa
- Bathrooms. Example: bath=3
- Bedrooms. Example: bedrooms=3
- Garages. Example: garage_spaces=3
- Garages. Example: garage_spaces=3
- Minimum Price. Example: price_min=20000
- Maximum Price. Example: price_max=800000
- Price Range. Example: price_min=20000&price_max=800000
- Single Property Type. Example: prop_type=Townhomes

It is also possible to sort listings in a particular order:
- latest_listing = Latest Listing
- list_price_desc = List Price – High to Low
- list_price_asc = List Price – Low to High
- close_price_desc = Close Price – High to Low
- close_price_asc = Close Price – Low to High
- sqft_desc = Sqft – High to Low
- sqft_asc = Sqft – Low to High
- list_date_desc = List Date – Recent to Oldest
- list_date_asc = List Date – Oldest to Recent
- close_date_desc = Closed Date – Recent to Oldest
- close_date_asc = Closed Date – Oldest to Recent
In order to use several query types as a single statement just separate them with “&”.However, it should be noted that some query types don’t go well together. (See notes)
Notes:
CAN’Ts
Can’t combine Office ID and Member ID, however Office ID already includes Member ID (if it’s the same agent’s office)
Can’t combine Office ID and a single MLS ID
CANS
Can combine Office ID and City. Example: office_id=12345&city=Goodyear
Can combine Office ID and Multiple Cities. Example: office_id=12345&city[]=Goodyear&city[]=Phoenix
