Could you survive on a cell phone this small?

In an era where cellular phones are getting bigger there comes a phone that is really really tiny. Is this something that you could see yourself being able to work with?. My iPhone 6s Plus is great but it’s huge and heavy. It might be nice to have a break sometimes. My pockets aren’t big enough for this thing. I would like to have my hands free sometimes.
