What we know is that wonderful things happen in conversations. When you get a notice that a contact of yours visits your website, all you have to do is reach out to say hello. The rest is up to what’s happening in your contacts’ lives at the time. Do they need to upsize, downsize, relocate, finally buy their dream home, help a family member or a friend, retire, or are you simply connecting with them because you care?
Our websites send out 2 types of registered visitor notifications:
One type is sent to you when your contact visits the campaign page you sent them. This is typically the monthly recurring neighborhood market update. When you get this notification, you’ll be able to reach out with just a “hello “X”, I’ve been thinking of you, how are things?” or something general like that.
The second type is when they respond to an instant update you sent them. This is typically a new listing in their neighborhood or a new sold listing. When you get notice of this type of website visit, you’ll want to reach out with something like “hello ‘X’, I noticed a new listing (or a sold listing) near your home. Have you seen it? Or would you like more information on it? Or do you have any questions about it?” This message type will let your contact know that you are thinking of them about what’s really going on in their neighborhood with listings, their home’s value etc.
